School attendance is compulsory. For absences lasting one or two days, please use this School Absenteism Form to provide a justification. The completed form should be submitted either before the absence or immediately upon the student’s return to school. 

Please be aware that if a student is absent due to illness for more than two consecutive days, a medical certificate must be provided. Unauthorised absences will be automatically flagged and reported if they exceed two days in a month or nine days within any given period.
