The Ministry for Social Policy and Children’s Rights is pleased to announce the organisation of a Family Scavenger Hunt, taking place in June 2025. This event forms part of a broader initiative aimed at fostering community spirit, encouraging family collaboration, and promoting meaningful family engagement.
The Scavenger Hunt, set in the heart of Valletta, is designed to bring families and groups together in a fun, interactive experience. Participants will work in teams to solve clues that not only highlight the Ministry’s services but also celebrate the historical and cultural heritage of Valletta. In addition to the enriching experience, participants will have the opportunity to win family-oriented prizes.
Most importantly, all of the registration’s proceeds will be donated to Hospice Malta, supporting their essential services to individuals and families facing serious illness.

Event Details
- Date: Saturday, 21st June 2025
- Starting Point: Palazzo Ferreria, Republic Street, Valletta
- Time: Entry is open between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Families may begin at any time during this timeframe.
- Accessibility: The scavenger hunt is designed to be completed on foot, making it suitable for participants of all ages.
Registration
- Fee: €15 per team (up to 4 participants), with all proceeds going to Hospice Malta.
- Additional Access: If a team requires the use of the app on more than one mobile device, an additional €5 donation per device will be requested, also in aid of Hospice Malta.
