📚 Book Donation Drive: Take & Donate! 📚

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to offer a selection of school books that your children may find engaging or useful.

These books will be available on a table placed near the main school doors starting next week.

Details of the Book Sale:

• Donation: We kindly ask for a small monetary donation for each book you take. Please place your contribution into the Honesty Box provided next to the books.
• Purpose: All donations collected will be used to enhance our school resources.

Please note: As this is an honesty box system, we are unable to provide change. We appreciate you bringing the exact amount you wish to donate.

Jeans Day Fundraiser! 👖

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We will be holding a Jeans Day Fundraiser on Monday, 24^th November 2025.

On this day, students are invited to wear jeans instead of their usual school uniform.

• What to Wear: Jeans and a regular school-appropriate top (or their uniform top).
• Donation: Students who choose to wear jeans must pay a small “fine” of €1.

All donations collected will go directly to support school initiatives and resources.

🏅 School Sports Day Programme 🏅

Date: 24^th October 2025
Time: Starts at 12:00 noon
Venue: School Yards

We are delighted to invite you to our Sports Day celebration! This is a special afternoon for our students to enjoy friendly competition, teamwork, and fun in the sun.

Schedule

12:00 PM
Students will come down to the yards with their teachers and gather in their designated areas. Students will take part in a variety of fun games and activity stations. Each class will move together with their teacher from one station to the next.

2:00/2:15 PM – Students Return to Classrooms
Children will go back up to their classrooms with their teachers. Dismissal will take place as usual.
Please note that no children may be taken home directly from the yard.

Arrival and Departure for Parents

• Parents should enter the school grounds via the gate next to the Child Care.
• Please remain at the edges of the yards during the events so that students can move freely and safely between stations.
• After the programme, parents will leave through the same gate and wait as usual in front of the school entrance.
• Kindly follow staff directions throughout the afternoon.

Reminders

• Bring hats, sunscreen, and water—it may be warm.
• Please cheer and encourage all children from your viewing area.
• A couple of light-hearted games will be organised for parents at the end of the childrens’s games—come ready to join in the fun!Most importantly, enjoy the day and celebrate our students’ efforts and enthusiasm!
