Dear Parents/guardians,

Today the students were given the tickets for the Celebration day. Those parents who have a yellow ticket are invited to come on the 15th December at noon, whereas those who have a pink ticket are invited to come on the 16th December at noon.

The students will do the performance TWICE that is both on the 15th and on the 16th. The hall is small to accommodate all the parents together and that is why we are repeating the performance. Please get the tickets with you on the day.

Dear parent/guardians,

The seating space in the hall is limited, thus we are giving two tickets per family for the Christmas Concert – Celebration Day. It is important that you get the tickets with you on the day.  All the school children are going to take part in the show and they will be doing the performances twice, that is, on Thursday 15th and on Friday 16th December.

Parents will be divided accordingly:

• – On Thursday (noon) the parents of the Early Years (Kinder to Yr.2) are going to be invited.
• – On Friday (noon) the parents of the Juniors (Yr3 – Yr.6) will be invited.

If you have one child from the Early Years group and another one from the Junior Years group you will be invited only on one particular day and not on both days.

Moreover, I am sure that you understand that we cannot give tickets for other family members.

On the 16th December, a photographer will be taking photos of the children during their performance on stage. Therefore, we would appreciate if photos, are not to be taken during the concert. The photos will be on display later on after the concert and we will take orders to make copies too.

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

We will be having a Christmas bake sale at school on Wednesday 21st of December. It will begin at 8:45am and again at 2pm. You are invited to come and join this event and buy some goodies along with the children.

All children are encouraged to bring their own cupcakes or cookies baked from home to sell at the bake sale. Ideally, the baked goods are brought in containers, labelled and have an ingredient list with them. It is important that the baked goods do not contain any nuts due to allergies. This event is being organised by the student school council members as part of our Christmas activities.

Dear parents/guardians we will be celebrating our Christimas concert/Prize-day on the following days according to year group.

K1 – Yr.2 – Thursday 15th December 2022 at noon
Yr.3 – Yr.6 – Friday 16th December at noon

Each child will be given 2 tickets for the parents/guardians to attend the concert. Siblings will be given 2 tickets per family.
