You can come to school to register your child, where you should bring all the original documents needed which are these:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/scc.stjulians.skola.edu.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Registration-form.pdf\">Registration form<\/a> filled-in apart from Section 7 which has to be signed by both parents in front of the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0school clerk or SLT member<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; ID cards\/ passports of both parents and child<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Child&#8217;s Birth Certificate in English<\/span><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Legal Custody documents in the case of separated parents<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Vaccine record of child (<a href=\"http:\/\/scc.stjulians.skola.edu.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/PHC-249_1-Kinder-2-vaccination-update-form-1.pdf\">PHC 249_1 Kinder 2 vaccination update form (1)<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; In case of allergies, please notify the school<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Proof that you live in St Julians e.g. leasing agreement or copy of utility bill<\/span><\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Documents related to any special needs or conditions that your child has been diagnosed with or is in the\u00a0 \u00a0process of being diagnosed<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211;\u00a0Kindly bring any CDAU documents if your child is undergoing a case within the CDAU.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/scc.stjulians.skola.edu.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Consent-forms.pdf\">Consent-forms<\/a> duly filled <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Any school assessment reports from previous year\/s<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the enrollment menu you can find all the application forms and some other documents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you have all the documents, please make an appointment with the school clerk to finalize the process by sending an email to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"181\" data-end=\"211\">scc.stjulians.pr@ilearn.edu.mt<\/a> or calling 25894669\/0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Enrollment K1<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kindergarten children will be admitted in Kindergarten 1 on the<strong> 1st Monday\/Tuesday\/Wednesday of October or on the 1st Monday\/Tuesday\/Wednesday of February<\/strong> provided that the child would have attained<strong> 3 years of age by end of December for the October<\/strong> <strong>intake<\/strong> and <strong>by end of April for the February intake. <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Registrations to be received\u00a0 by the <strong>7th<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>September<\/strong> for October intake and <strong>15th January<\/strong> for the February intake<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students shall be admitted in Kinder if they are <strong>toilet trained<\/strong> unless they are supported by a Learning Support Educator.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Enrollment Yr3 to Yr.6<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Children enrolling in Years 3 to 6 must complete an online English proficiency assessment before registering at St. Julian&#8217;s Primary. If the child does not pass this assessment, they will be required to complete a one-year induction program at St Clare College, San \u0120wann Primary School.
